Opportunities at the North Houston for Call Center Customer Service Technical Support for Asurion, one of the country’s leading providers of wireless technical support.  
  • NO billing 
  • NO collections 
  • NO general account questions 
You’ll assist with customer set up and resolve issues with mobile devices, computers, and other consumer electronics.

Qualified applicants will have:

  • Ability to work full time
  • Schedules could be anywhere from 6am to 12am
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of mobile phone devices
  • Previous call center experience is helpful
  • Customer Service experience
