The City of Barrie is working with cultural consulting firm Agence MASSIVart to update the City’s Culture Master Plan, “Building a Creative Future,” and develop an integrated Public Art Strategy. These guiding documents will outline a 10-year vision for future City decisions, policies, programs, and investments to strengthen the local culture and creative sectors across the City. A comprehensive community and sector stakeholder consultation process has been planned to support recommendations for the plan and strategy. You are encouraged to participate in a variety of ways and to share this opportunity with your network.
